Luxury jeweler Michael Kaycee gives Davido seven day ultimatum to pay his debt or risk getting dragged to court.
The same man had earlier accused Davido for now paying his debt to him just after he bought a Porsche for his girlfriend on her birthday.
According to Kaycee the failed business transaction happened in 2011 when Davido made away with his goods and refused to pay for it.
Davido had since ignored all the accusations and moved on with his life.
However, the jeweler has made it public that his life is being threatened by Davido and his lawyers has taken a legal step towards recovering his money.
Kaycee alleged that Davido owes him N60million and demands his money be paid within seven days on receipt of the legal letter he had his lawyers send to him on May 21.
Failure to adhere to the instructions of the letter will force the victim to take legal action.
